Emergency Action Plan

Created by Jennifer Gravrok

Before you bring your dog home, make sure you have an Emergency Action Plan completed. It is better to be prepared than to have to scramble to figure out where to go and who can help you when you are already stressed from an emergency. Help yourself out by planning for emergencies now.

Once you download and complete the Emergency Action Plan below, make sure to keep it in an accessible place within your home. Also include this information in your phone or wallet so it is easily accessible when away from home as well.

Download the pdf below to print and complete your own emergency action plan.
